Jillibean Soup Spotted Owl Birthday Card

Day 8, I am still posting but did not get it in at midnight and had to work on a birthday card today, but I finished it before midnight so it counts.
I made this Jillibean Soup birthday card using Spotted Owl Soup, Frames from Jillibean and twine.  I used all squares except for the owl I cut out and the wonky frame I wrapped in twine.
I am also using this for a challenge at ScrapFit to use twine.

My simple Happy Birthday card

I forgot to show you this card I made last weekend.  I saw a similar one during the summer and thought I would give it a try and I absolutely love how it came out.  This reminds me of a monochromatic card with one of my top companies and it is very simplistic (is that a word).

Here it is:

 The next shot is a picture up close that shows that is the only place on the card that says Happy Birthday and I used the corrugated frame to highlight it.  I added the Butterflies from Jillibean Soup and accessorized it for accent.

Sketch Contest for Jillibean Soup

I did this layout of me at Disneyland on my Birthday.  So I would remember several years from now I turned the mouse ears into my age and the sketch came from Jillibean Soup.  I used their products in doing the layout.

The Paper Variety has a Challenge

 The Paper Variety had a Citrus challenge and I thought that Jillibean Soup with work with it and I always need birthday cards so I decided to take the challenge.
